Jerry enjoys projects with challenging functional and technical requirements. With an emphasis on facility upgrade projects, he prioritizes and efficiently manages projects, directing teams of experts with a collaborative mindset. Jerry’s thorough approach from the onset mitigates risk while creating practical solutions with balanced scope, budget, and value.
Joe initiated his career as a construction manager and has almost two decades of experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and cost estimating. He has worked on a broad range of projects around the Pacific Northwest, with a particular focus in projects with community involvement.
In addition to running his own envelope consulting services, while at another firm, Joe led multiple high-stakes projects. His broad civic project experience includes work on educational, healthcare, public service, and institutional facilities.
Cary has amassed over four decades of industry experience working on a wide range of experience in civic, commercial, educational, and healthcare projects. He has an extensive background in public sector project management. He is proficient in all phases of project design, including schematics, construction documentation, detailing, specifications, building, land use codes, and QA/QC review.
Amy joined OAI full-time after earning her Master of Architecture from Washington State University, following two summers as an intern with our team. Amy embodies OAI’s dedication to enhancing public spaces, and her growth within the firm reflects the strong, collaborative relationships we build with our clients. Since joining OAI, Amy has contributed to a variety of projects and her leadership in these projects highlights her expertise in both construction and design, underscoring her significant value to our team.
Clark has over a decade of experience in various management roles for the public and private sectors. He works closely with clients to deliver consistent, high-impact results on budget and within desired timeframes. With a strong command of project management techniques, he prioritizes team development, synthesizing goals to bring efficiencies to complex activities. Clark previously managed logistics and transportation of critical equipment for the military in the U.S. and Middle East. Skilled in operations, he has handled diverse and multiple levels of responsibility, ranging from the oversight of large-scale, high-risk UAS missions, to the streamlining of high-volume sorting, packaging, and shipping operations.
Manvi is an architectural designer and Project Manager with almost a decade of experience. She leads projects through all phases of design and delivery, including preliminary design, design development, construction documents, bidding, and closeout. Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit document standards, Manvi oversees document coordination and ensures project solutions meet client requirements, technical standards, and firm-wide quality expectations.
As a lifelong Washingtonian, Melissa has worked on projects all over western Washington, specializing in civic, education, and institutional facilities projects. With almost two decades of experience she is an expert in interior design and tenant improvements and has developed a focus on existing structures. She is skilled at envisioning new ways to re-use existing space, adding value and functionality. Before joining OAI, Melissa briefly ran a small business developing visualizations for a variety of clients. She has the ideal skill-sets required to handle the wide array of projects the client plans to perform.
Stephanie serves as OAI's Bookkeeper, providing financial management and administrative support that helps keep projects and operations running smoothly. With a strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, Stephanie oversees day-to-day accounting functions, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, payroll coordination, and financial record keeping. Her organized and dependable approach supports OAI's commitment to responsive client service and effective project delivery.
